travel journal: Brașov




If you have no idea whatsoever on how to spend some more time with your friend, if you are bored of your dorm room, or if you simply want to visit a new place, I suggest you have a city-break. 

My dear roommate and friend, Teo, and I were a little bit out of place. The university had just began and we already felt the need to escape the busy schedule. This is how it began, our little adventure in Brasov. As always, I am not much of a story teller and I am rushing to get to classes, so I will leave some pictures below. Enjoy!

Good thing I am alive! I can not believe that this is my first post in 2017. It appears to me that, I usually take these trips, whether in Bucharest or not, without much planning beforehand. The beauty of having people around that you can do these kind of things with.  This time it was Mogoșoaia Palace, situated near Bucharest. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the inside of the building. However, the lake near the estate, the park and the Palace itself were such a pleasant view. Lucky us it was a sunny beautiful day. I went full denim with the outfit, added my  beloved pair of Vans and I was good to go. travel journal: Vama Veche

Vama Veche is a village in Romania, on the Black Sea coast, near the border with Bulgaria. As much as this may sound as a cliche, Vama Veche is a special place and I completely fell in love with it. Imagine a place functioning by its own unwritten rules. A place where you forgot about the negative things in your life, a place where you can meet a lot of people, a place where you can have amazing food, a place where you can listen to good music, a place where you can get wild and chill at the same time, a place where you forgot about time, about the outside world and last but not least, a place where you can experience an amazing sunrise.
