As an over-thinker, I usually struggle with my negative thoughts. Or at least, that is how it used to be. At the moment I am recovering and also improving my mood, after being pretty sad and unmotivated for 1-2 weeks. I am not saying everything is perfect. I am still learning how to control my thoughts, and sometimes my mind slips again into a negative state of mind. But I have accepted that is sometimes normal for me, and I do not stress it as much as I used to. After some research on the internet and from my own experience, I have a learned a few things that calm me and help me stay on track. Keep your mind occupied The bad thoughts usually come to me before I go to sleep or when I am just doing nothing. So even if I feel really lazy or unmotivated I start doing something.
