school essentials

I have always had a thing for everything back to school related. Whether it would be back to school fashion or back to school supplies, I tend to get overly excited during this period of the year. I have some things that I can't go without when it comes to school as I consider myself an organized person. I am such a nerd, I know, but bear with me for the moment  and take a look at my school essentials, maybe you'll get inspired to make a list of your own. 


1. COFFEE - I usually need a cup of coffee to wake up properly and be able to conquer the world
2. MUG - I sometimes tend to take a hot beverage with me to school or a bottle of water to keep myself hydrated throughout the day
3. TEA - always needed for those stressful days


4. PLANNER/AGENDA - to keep myself organized and make sure that I do not forget important things
5. HIGHLIGHTERS & COLORED PENS - I am a visual learner so I need/use these when I take notes or study for a test


6. EARPLUGS & PHONE - music during the time I walk to school is a must for me
7. BOOKS - aside from reading them when I am at home for relaxation, I usually take a book with me at school for those free classes or when I get bored


8. BASIC OUTFIT - for those days when you do not know what to wear or you are just lazy, but at the same time you want to look stylish and put together; for me, a pair of dark wash jeans, a soft comfortable tee and my Converse shoes are my best combo

Vama Veche is a village in Romania, on the Black Sea coast, near the border with Bulgaria. As much as this may sound as a cliche, Vama Veche is a special place and I completely fell in love with it. Imagine a place functioning by its own unwritten rules. diy easter marbled eggs

Happy Easter to everyone! I wanted to do something special this year and I decided on doing a a cool design for the Easter eggs. This DIY may come a little bit later than needed, due to the fact that everyone has already made their Easter eggs. However, you can keep this idea in mind for the next year. Preparation What you will need: boiled eggs // 2-3 bowls with water // nail polishes // paper // acetone // glitter (optional) Make sure you also have a pair of gloves and also, don't forget to cover the furniture. The process This is pretty self explanatory. Pour the nail polish in the bowl of water. Make a combination of colors that you enjoy. Make sure you have your gloves on. Then, take your first egg and dip it in the colored water. Don't worry about damaged edges, you can fix that later. Make sure you have some sort of paper at hand to place the eggs.
