Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone! I hope you have an amazing time! I am planning a huge Christmas post, with decorations and gifts I have received, but for now, we have to settle with some shoots I took of one of my holiday outfits. The weather has been pretty forgiving with us this past few days but snow is expected soon. Therefore, I decided to take the car for a quick drive and also take some photos. 

My relationship with the classic turtleneck was not as close as it is today. The ''neck'' has always felt a little too conservative for me, and it also made me feel very hot and uncomfortable. Since I received this sweater from my mother as a gift I thought of different ways I could wear it. I have worn it with pants, skirts and it was time I paired it with a dress. I really like the outcome and I even consider buying some more turtleneck sweaters in the future. They are perfect for the cold and harsh winter climate.

Good thing I am alive! I can not believe that this is my first post in 2017. It appears to me that, I usually take these trips, whether in Bucharest or not, without much planning beforehand. The beauty of having people around that you can do these kind of things with.  This time it was Mogoșoaia Palace, situated near Bucharest. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the inside of the building. However, the lake near the estate, the park and the Palace itself were such a pleasant view. Lucky us it was a sunny beautiful day. Vama Veche is a village in Romania, on the Black Sea coast, near the border with Bulgaria. As much as this may sound as a cliche, Vama Veche is a special place and I completely fell in love with it. Imagine a place functioning by its own unwritten rules. A place where you forgot about the negative things in your life, a place where you can meet a lot of people, a place where you can have amazing food, a place where you can listen to good music, a place where you can get wild and chill at the same time, a place where you forgot about time, about the outside world and last but not least, a place where you can experience an amazing sunrise.
