last post & christmas recap

With just one day away from the new and exciting 2015, I thought of doing a post related to how I spent my Christmas this year. This is going to end a beautiful and fulfilling year, 2014. As far as it comes to this blog, 2014 was the year of its birth, and I hope 2015 will be a year of growing and evolving. We shall see. Without further ado I present you my Christmas.

Decorating the tree is my favorite part of the whole decoration process. I love keeping it simple and adding my favorite globes.

 gifts

 I should probably start by stating that there is no intention of bragging here. Presents are a part of Christmas tradition and as my schedule was so busy, I did not have time to take a few shots of the presents that I personally gave to my friends and family. Therefore, I am going to show you just the gifts that I received. There is not too much to show because I also received money. I love all of them equally and I send a big thank you and a hug to the givers. So here it is.

exploring Bucharest: Mogoșoaia Palace

Good thing I am alive! I can not believe that this is my first post in 2017. It appears to me that, I usually take these trips, whether in Bucharest or not, without much planning beforehand. The beauty of having people around that you can do these kind of things with.  This time it was Mogoșoaia Palace, situated near Bucharest. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the inside of the building. However, the lake near the estate, the park and the Palace itself were such a pleasant view. Lucky us it was a sunny beautiful day. I went full denim with the outfit, added my  beloved pair of Vans and I was good to go. winter recap

Spring has almost landed on our planet. Winter is doomed to be over, and although there are a few traces of it left here or there, we can acknowledge that the weather is getting warmer and the days brighter. This being said, I would like to make a review of my winter using my Instagram  photos and also other pictures I took during these months. December December was nice. We had a snowless Christmas which was not so bad. As you can see I got the chance to decorate my room with beautiful bouquets of roses. I was also the Santa of my classroom, meaning that I was the one who distributed the gifts at the Secret Santa event. One night, coming home from a meditation class, I took a photo of the majestic Christmas tree placed in the central part of the city. January Well, we actually got some snow in January.
