Oh! The joy of typing on the blog again. I am done with making excuses for my lack of posting lately and instead I am going to tell you about some future posts that are right now in the oven.  Thinking about the future made me realize that time is passing so fast, and that I need to enjoy my student life as much as possible. Those being said, I have planned some fun activities this summer, most of them consisting in traveling and attending festivals. The first stop was Bucovina. My trip started with me hopping on a train in Bacau with the destination Câmpulung Moldovenesc. The reason why I went there was to visit my dear friend Teo, from university, and my future partner for Untold Festival, also Teo. Yes, you heard right! One of the festivals I was talking about is Untold, but more on that, and my trip to Cluj, in the following post. You know I am not much of a writer when it comes to my blog, so I will live you with some photos. - my acommodation, Teo...

part 2  - you can check part 1 here - Visiting Greece every summer for a couple of days, has become a family tradition for me. For almost six years now, Greece has occupied a special place in my heart and it still does. However this is the first year that I actually take my camera along and also the first year that I am lucky enough to document my trip on the blog. So take a seat and a cup of tea and enjoy my journal. day 1 // wearing: ZARA dress  - on day one we did a little tour on Sithonia, there were a lot of places where you could stop and admire the view such as the one above -  - we then stopped at a tavern called Panorama where we had our lunch, although the food was not exceptional, the view was great so I was able to get past that -  - what I like most about traveling is exploring and finding unique places, I like the diversity of flower pots shown below and also the surroundings of the tavern -  - below is the view I had fro...

travel journal: Vama Veche

Image
Vama Veche is a village in Romania, on the Black Sea coast, near the border with Bulgaria. As much as this may sound as a cliche, Vama Veche is a special place and I completely fell in love with it. Imagine a place functioning by its own unwritten rules. A place where you forgot about the negative things in your life, a place where you can meet a lot of people, a place where you can have amazing food, a place where you can listen to good music, a place where you can get wild and chill at the same time, a place where you forgot about time, about the outside world and last but not least, a place where you can experience an amazing sunrise. This is how I would describe Vama Veche in a few words.  The year that gave some of my worst moments and feelings, the year that made me evolve and grow as a person, that challenged me both intellectually and spiritually is also the year that gave me Vama Veche. Having just turned 19 a few days ago, I can say that this trip was the sp...

follow me into the light

Guess who is back? After such a long time, I finally got out of my cave. These past two months have been the most stressful and, at the same time, the most amazing that I have had in a long time. I hope you will be pleased to know that I got into the university that I wanted. I am so proud of myself and of how I have grown both intellectually and spiritually.  I came back to what I like doing best, photo-shoots! You must thank my dear friend Diana for the photos your are going to see below, as she was my accomplice. So, make sure you take a look at her blog and I promise you will be pleasantly surprised. The outfit pictured in this post came as response to the scandalously hot weather. I wanted it to be classy, flowy and, at the same time, really comfortable. I have recently bought this black jumpsuit especially for summertime. What I love most about it is the not so usual wide leg lower part. However, despite its slightly unusual cut, it is very versatile and c...

travel journal: Greece

With all the cold that is surrounding us, or at least me, right now, I thought of showing you some pictures of one of my traveling places: Greece. As a traveler I, sometimes prefer more natural and local environments over luxurious ones. That is one of main reasons why I love Greece, the fact that you can feel extremely welcomed at a hotel while at the same time being able to enjoy a nice and barely touched by human hand beach. There is something about wilderness that really appeals to me.  I like blue and I like the blue of the sea even more! I also enjoy their food. I have been travelling to Greece for almost five years now, every summer with my family. However, I must say that, at first, their food did not really appeal to me and I was constantly struggling to pick something to eat when we were going out. On the last evening, during one of the trips, I said to myself that that may be my last chance to try some grilled octopus. I tried it, and now I absolutely love it....
